Youth Group

"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believer's in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity."1 Timothy 4:12

The youth of the church range from high school and above. The youth is a branch of the M.G.O.C.S.M Chicago. The youth hold meetings once a month and also have Qurbana in English during the day of the meeting. During the meeting there are ice-breakers, song and praise, prayer and study session.The youth learn about the bible and presently is learning about the 10 commandments with a greater understanding.They also study about the faith of the church.The meetings are conducted underneath the leadership of Achen.

Activities we Do:

We have Service projects 2 to 3 times a year where we go outside our church and visit those in need.

We also publish the Bellwood Bugle which is a quaterly church newspaper with articles written by the youth

We also have field trips, we went to the , Bowling, Lazer Tag, Great America, etc..and presently over the summer will be going to the Indiana Dunes.

We also have retreats that are held in various places.
